Welcome,

I’m Boranaga. I work, run workshops, and host visits at my private studio in 1000 Brussels.

I’m currently preparing for my next exhibition, scheduled for 2026.

Here’s a selection of my work, enjoy!

A painters diary is not made of words

but of colors, shapes and emotions.

It is a visual diary.

A collection of works that capture

my thoughts, experiences, illusions,

concepts and inspirations.

Each page is a reflection of a moment

always deeply personal.

Some pages are spontaneous sketches,

quick impressions of a fleeting thought,

while others are carefully crafted

paintings that hold deeper meaning.

Like the one here here,

The monk who burned his temple.

It is made for to remind me that;
be ready to burn your temple

in order to keep your faith.

Painting is an extraordinary event.

You take the three-dimensional world around you, pass it through your inner self, and translate it onto a two-dimensional surface.

In the process, you rise to a state of consciousness where dimensions, time, and space seem to merge.

Painting abstractly gives me a sense of freedom.

It frees me from the figure, from reality, from time and space—even from the idea of talent. It makes me more open, more permeable.

It is a ritual, after all.

In that state, every emotion, thought, memory, bit of knowledge—every sound, rhythm, or scent that drifts through the room—can land gently on the surface and stay.

Here are a few examples of my abstract work.

Abstract Frame is more than an art workshop. We will share an experience together.

A one-day, artistic, immersive, intellectual, entertaining, challenging, an unique experience.

We’ll meet at my private studio in 1000 Brussels. The workshop runs for a full day (around 6 to 8 hours) and is open to everyone aged 12 and up.

There are also special editions of the workshop designed for couples and for children. The main language is English, with French and Dutch available for support.

No experience or skills are needed, just the courage to create.
